TITAN BASKETBALL WAREHOUSE SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The TITAN Basketball Warehouse Sale will run until June 30, 2024 only. Returns and exchanges are subject to the Consumer Act of The Philippines and the DTI.

2. Products available at the warehouse sale will be sold on an “as is, where is” basis. For purchases during the TITAN Warehouse Sale, returns and exchanges due to change of mind will not be permitted. Additionally, return and exchange claims due to cosmetic flaws such as, but not limited to, excess thread, glue stains, paint imperfections, creases, wrinkling, will not be entertained.
Consumers are highly encouraged to inspect the products before purchase. In accordance with the DTI and The Consumer Act of the Philippines, “once a sale is done and the product has no defect, one cannot return the goods nor ask for a refund.”
In compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA7394), the following will not be entitled to a refund or exchange:
- Sudden change of mind
- Defect/s caused by the misuse or mishandling of the customer.
- Defect/s that have been disclosed to the customer before purchase
- Awareness of item/s bought during clearance sales and promotion with marked down prices.
- Discovery of a lower price of the same item from another store.
3. The following acts are prohibited at the TITAN Warehouse Sale:
- Fitting of products
- Photo and/or video taking of products
4. The following payment options are available:
- Cash
- Major credit/debit cards
- E-Wallet (GCash and Maya only)
